Happy New Year!
B and I got all dressed up to welcome the New Year.
4 adults, 2 dogs, 1 Rav4. OMG we had such a great time.
But our smiles stayed warm.
It got a bit cold
We climbed several of the best waterfalls while there.
And attended the afterparties, movies, made friends, bought gear... and had an awesome time.
35 climbs for 35 years
On my birthday Mike and I climbed 35 routes, 1575 feet, 10a average difficulty (weighted).

Bhumy climbs Mental Physics, one of the best sustained crack climbs anywhere.
We had to ditch the climbing harnesses and wear our nice clothes for Elana.
Immediately following the wedding we left for Nicaragua, where we were greeted with fresh, sustainably harvested coconuts after a long day's travel.

In a somewhat random excursion, I decided to bike from Wisconsin to Chicago.
Back in the midwest, Chloe and I took a weekend to go camping and relax!
Joy of climbing
The whole Chicago climbing crew joined up to climb Devil's Lake in Wisconsin.
Third annual Zion adventure was a resounding success!
Some of the pools still had ice floating in them, but we ticked Echo Canyon without issue.

Chloe learned to standup paddle board as we said goodbye to dear friends Mike and Kate.
Many of the original crew got together for a pint and to say goodbye to some who moved on.
